    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Assisting project managers and technical leads with planning field studies
    • Completing fieldwork related to wildlife and their habitat
    • Data entry, quality control, summary analysis, and interpretation
    • Writing field reports and assisting technical leads with preparing technical reports and other deliverables
    • Participating proactively in EDI’s health and safety program

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Experience completing field work productively and safely
    • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
    • Self motivation and problem solving and decision-making abilities

    Requirements:

    • An undergrad degree or Master’s Degree with 2-3 years of experience in a related discipline
    • Experience in terrestrial and wildlife biology – consulting experience preferred
    • Registration or eligibility for registration as a R.P. Bio or as P. Biol. considered an asset
