|Service & Customer Satisfaction Course|
The Whitehorse Chamber of Commerce, through the hard work and dedication of Joy Karp, has developed a Service & Customer Satisfaction Course over the past two years and we are now pleased to be able to offer this course on-line.
The course has been designed to give you an understanding of the components of great service and customer satisfaction. We would like to thank Ms. Karp, who designed this course for us when it was taught in a classroom setting to taking on the task of bringing it to the Internet. Ms. Karp has been teaching, innovating and completing service and customer satisfaction workshops for more than 25 years. Her work with McDonalds Restaurants, she was once an owner/operator within the system, was instrumental in the creation of new programming in the area of service. This course is an original creation made from many years of practical experience in the field, as well as teaching and writing.
The course consists of ten modules and a concluding story. The modules have been designed to create a cumulative effect as you gain understanding and experience, as well as witness actual service and customer satisfaction encounters through the exercises and field work. Once you register for the course you will have one month to complete and submit all of the assignments to the Whitehorse Chamber.
