RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers
• Establish or identify price of goods, services or admission and total payment required using cash register, optical price scanner, and other equipment
• Weigh produce and bulk foods
• Recieve and process payments by cash, credit or debit card.
• Wrap or place merchandise in bags
• Provide information to customers
• Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets or tobacco products
• May also stock shelves and clean.
