Position Summary:
As a Cleaner at Lavanderos Janitorial Cleaning Services, you will be responsible for cleaning the team members' assigned locations and making sure the facilities are safe and clean for the next shift. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and has a great attitude.
Responsibilities:
· Cleaning commercial and residential buildings; includes cleaning stoves, fridges, dusting horizontal surfaces, cupboards, vacuuming
· Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors
· Cleaning interior and exterior windows
· Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances;
· Clean and disinfect public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators;
· Pick up debris and empty trash containers
· Shampooing carpets
· Restock supplies
· Stock supplies
· Lock doors, secure buildings, set alarms, close windows before exiting building
· Report and store lost and found items
· Must be able to lift up to 25 Kilograms
· Other related dutiesCleaning the assigned locations
- Assisting the management in keeping the facilities clean and safe
- Training new team members
- Receive training at Lavanderos Janitorial Cleaning Services
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Skills:
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (shifting between cleaning duties)
- The ability to work in a team environment as a team player
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $23.00 to $26.50 per hour
