About The Position
As our Administrative & Operations Coordinator you are one of the first points of contact for anyone reaching out! We are looking for someone who loves to connect with people and can keep things organized and on track. You live for structure and process and have no problem holding us to task! We are seeking a well-balanced individual that has a passion for marketing and an interest in dipping their toes into the industry. This position is a part-time position to start with the potential of becoming a full-time position in the future!
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and internalize our values.
- Greet and support clients and guests, both online and in person.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments (including taking minutes)
- Keep internal systems up to date: calendars, files, task lists, and reporting templates.
- Manage incoming email, mail, and other communications.
- Support expense tracking, vendor coordination, and light bookkeeping.
- Maintain office supplies, assets, and inventories.
- Assist with internal reporting, hiring logistics, and staff onboarding.
- Provide occasional support for social media posts and ads.
- Help us stay organized and on-task—reminding, nudging, and following up when needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- A self-starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told what needs doing.
- Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and basic project tools.
- Experience in an office, marketing, hospitality, or service setting is a bonus.
- Interest in communications, design, or marketing is welcome but not required.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident and available to work in-person in Whitehorse.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License preferred.
