Casual part-time cleaning for a larger 3-4 bedroom short-term rental property. Schedule to be provided on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. Generally, there are 3-4 turnovers per week. But sometimes less, and sometimes more. It takes approximately 3-4 hours to clean, depending on the duration and condition the guests leave the place in.
Cleaning time is between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
All cleaning supplies are provided. Location is downtown.
