Class 1 Truck Driver

Norcope Construction Group is seeking qualified class 1 truck drivers for projects in Whitehorse.

Job Duties :
-operate tri axle truck and pup, tandem axle truck and trailer as required
-service and perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment
-perform daily pre trip and post trip inspections of equipment, report any defects to maintenance Forman
-tarping and securing of loads
-work schedule: 6 days per week, 10 hours per day
Qualifications:
-Class 3 or 1 drivers license with air endorsement
-clean drivers abstract
-previous on-highway gravel hauling experience
-experience operating loaders and excavators an asset
