Position: Client Services Team Member
Employment Status: Auxiliary, On-Call
On-Call Hourly Wage: $21.00
Location: Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre, 1171 Front St, Whitehorse Yukon
Hours of Work: Shifts vary from early mornings to late evenings. We are flexible to work with your schedule depending on KDCC needs. Training: 3 weeks
A Summary of What You’ll Do
As a key part of our events team, you’ll help bring a wide variety of events to life. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients
- Setting up and taking down furniture and equipment
- Performing custodial and cleaning duties
- Working with your team to complete tasks of the night
- Assisting with outdoor tasks, including snow removal
- Ensuring the building is opened and closed on time
- Responding proactively to client needs and event requirements
- Among other duties
