We are seeking a Clinical Counsellor, Social Worker, or Registered Psychologist to join our Whitehorse team. This is an in-office, contract position with flexible hours, and we are open to both part-time and full-time arrangements for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Provide client-centred, trauma-informed mental health services
- Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive therapeutic environment
- Complete assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation
- Practice in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
- Contribute actively to a skilled, supportive, and collaborative team culture
What We’re Looking For
- A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Registration or eligibility for registration with a relevant regulatory body (e.g., College of Social Work, Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, College of Psychologists)
- A strong commitment to ethical practice, accessibility, and respectful care
- Clinical competence paired with openness to collaboration, consultation, and ongoing learning
- Ability to work independently while valuing the strength of a team-based environment
