Job Description and Duties:
- Operate Lightspeed Retail POS system
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Stock and organize new product deliveries
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Fulfill and ship online orders
- Update website content and manage Instagram and Facebook posts
- Assist with basic data entry and record keeping in QuickBooks

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience with Lightspeed Retail is an asset
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
- Comfortable working on an iMac and using business software
- Basic computer skills required
- Previous retail experience is an asset but not required
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Salary based on experience
- Employer will train the right candidate
- Some duties as a junior bookkeeper
