Qualifications/Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field• Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience• Experience in customer service, office coordination, or receptionist duties (asset)• Strong organizational and time-management skills• Excellent verbal and written English; knowledge of an additional language is an asset• Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge (asset)• Strong interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software• Experience with Social Media and WordPress; website design skills are an asset• Willingness to assist occasionally in other departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Restaurant)• High attention to detail, reliability, multitasking ability, and a problem-solving approach
Responsibilities:• Perform basic administrative and office support tasks• Answer phone calls and handle email correspondence• Prepare and organize documents, files, reports, and communications• Manage reservations, confirmations, and cancellations• Schedule meetings, appointments, and events• Act as a communication link between hotel departments• Assist with invoicing, billing, and receipt reconciliation• Support new staff onboarding and paperwork• Maintain and update the hotel’s website and social media• Provide business recommendations and implement improved practices• Assist in operational areas such as front desk, serving, and housekeeping
