As our team and business has grown significantly over the last decade, this is a new job position for the right individual. While we would love to fill this new position immediately it will stay open until the correct individual identified.

Job Title - General Manager
Job Level – Entry / Mid / Senior / Executive
Job Schedule:
Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays. It will vary with normal business hours requirement, and that the incubment setting their schedule outside regular business hours for meetings with customers and vendors.
Reporting to VP or Director of Operations.
Summary
As the general manager you lead, coach, and develop a team who delivers exceptional customer experiences. You prioritize actively participating in customer interactions with team members throughout the store to achieve performance goals and business priorities.

A Manager is responsible for driving the performance of key goals within assigned areas of the store, in addition to company priorities. You work alongside and collaborate with others to execute strategy and deliver on company goals. Your direct reports are responsible for executing you are responsible for the vision.
The individual will be expected to lead both management personnel on Sales & Operations, and Managed IT. Besides leading the both business units, the purpose to bring both units together under the mentality of “one team one goal”.
Job Descriptions
Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals. Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and making sure that business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered. Address customer and team member concerns and escalations and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate.
Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas. Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information. Perform other tasks as needed. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.

The ideal candidate should have a strong passion towards technology in either mobile or professional IT side. Someone with a demonstrated history of managing and developing a sales and operation business unit. We're looking for someone who can carry us over the 10-million-dollar mark in the future.
Leadership above all else.
Job Requirements

  • 5+ Years of leadership experience of a team of 25+
  • Demonstrated history of coaching and development.
  • Demonstrated history of directly leading a business unit.
  • Experience working in mobile, computer, and IT sales environment an asset but not required.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs and doesn't mind moving throughout the building as we use all three floors for sales / admin / warehousing.
