Grocery Cashier (NOC 65100)

Reports to: Retail Sales Supervisor and Assistant Store Manager
Position Status: Permanent, Full Time 35 - 40 Hrs week
Start Date: Available Immediately
Mayo Foods is looking to fill multiple positions for cashiers. Come and join our hardworking, customer-oriented team. Subsidized housing is available if required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cashier duties
• Stocking shelves and rotating products on the grocery floor;
• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries;
• Performing daily housekeeping duties;
• Operating necessary equipment;
• Following all company policies and procedures;
• Inventory management;
• Able to stand for long periods of time and able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.

• Available to work a flexible schedule – days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Experience in grocery/produce is an asset but not required
• Customers Service Experience is an asset but not required
