About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our hardworking construction crew on remote, camp-based projects. This is your chance to operate a variety of machines on challenging and rewarding jobs, while working in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, rock trucks, water trucks and graders.
• Load/unload materials, move earth and rock, and complete grading or excavation tasks according to project requirements.
• Follow all site-specific safety protocols and contribute to a safe work culture.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in civil road construction setting.
• Strong safety mindset and knowledge of job site hazard controls.
• Physically fit and able to work in varying outdoor conditions.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (Class 1 or 3 considered an asset).
