grow, we’re looking for an IT Specialist who can keep us connected, secure, and
technologically agile.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things IT: supporting systems, onboarding new team
members, managing devices, solving technical issues, and keeping our operations
running smoothly. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who values autonomy,
takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic, people-cantered environment.
What You’ll Do
Handle IT onboarding/offboarding for staff .
Support remote and on-site team members across multiple pharmacy locations.
Maintain hardware inventory, software licenses, and user access.
Troubleshoot network, application, and equipment issues.
Implement security protocols and compliance monitoring.
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to introduce or upgrade digital tools and systems.
What You’ll Bring
Relevant IT experience or formal training in computer systems or network
administration
Strong troubleshooting skills and self-starter attitude
Familiarity with pharmacy systems, healthcare compliance, or POS tools (a plus, not
a must)
Experience with Google Workspace, Windows/Mac environments, and cloud-based
tools
A team-first mindset and passion for supporting others
