Location: Whitehorse, Yukon (Local candidates preferred; relocation support available)
Wage: $45.00–$50.00 per hour + bonuses

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on commercial, industrial, and/or residential projects
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and electrical code specifications
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure all work meets CSA and local electrical code standards
• Maintain safe work practices and support a culture of safety
• Collaborate with supervisors, apprentices, and other trades on-site

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal preferred)
• Must be local to Whitehorse or willing to relocate (relocation assistance available)
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with Heavy trailer endorsement preferable but not necessary
• Proven experience in electrical construction or maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
