Labourer

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, the outdoors, and being part of a dynamic, creative team. As a General Labourer, you’ll support many areas of our retreat operations, including:

• Construction and Repairs: Assist with small-scale building projects and site maintenance
• Trail Work: Help build and maintain trails around the property
• Gardening: Watering, weeding, planting, and general garden upkeep
• Kitchen Help: Assisting with meal prep, dishes, and cleaning
• Cabin Turnovers: Preparing cabins for new guests
• Customer Service: Greeting guests, answering questions, helping with onsite requests
