We're looking for a dedicated, hands-on team member to join us for the upcoming Northern Lights season at our award-winning resort in the Yukon. This full-time position combines night guiding, light snow removal, and general resort support — ideal for someone who loves working outdoors, enjoys interacting with guests, and thrives in a small, close-knit team environment.
Your Role Will Include:
Aurora Night Guiding
- Working evening/night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
- Welcoming and guiding guests during Aurora viewing
- Supporting with photography tips (if applicable)
- Assisting with guest comfort and safety outdoors
- Using and managing our in-room Aurora Alarm system
Snow Removal & Property Support
- Clearing walkways and guest paths when needed
- Light maintenance and help with firewood
- Supporting our team with general resort tasks as needed
Guest Interaction
- You are a people person — warm, communicative, and reliable
- Creating memorable guest experiences is part of your daily work
Who We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in winter
- Experience in guest service or guiding preferred
- Photography skills a plus (not required)
- Class 5 driver’s license required (Class 4 a bonus)
- Fluent in English
- Able to commit for the entire season (Aug–Apr)
