Labourer / Carpentry Apprentice

The position involves a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Carpentry experience required.
• Ability to work out of town.
• Be a positive team player.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools of all types: hammer, drills, skill saws.
• Install of windows & doors, roof trusses, sheathing, hardware.
• Build weather and safety protection.
• Framing of walls and floors.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Having the ability to read building plans is considered an asset.
