Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary (ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 based on education and relevant work experience)
- Annual Northern Top-Up ($20,000 if you reside in the Northwest Territories, the Yukon or Nunavut)

About the RoleEntrepreNorth is seeking a highly organized and driven Program Coordinator to play a central role in delivering transformative programming for Northern Indigenous entrepreneurs. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual who excels in project coordination, relationship-building, collaborative teamwork, and community engagement.
In this role, you will oversee the logistical and administrative aspects of EntrepreNorth’s programs, ensuring smooth execution and meaningful participant experiences. You will coordinate Cohort Gatherings, Business Ideation Workshops, and Networking Events while supporting the recruitment and onboarding of program participants. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting EntrepreNorth’s Facilitator Training and advancing our eLearning programming to expand accessibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Support
- Work closely with the Programming Team to coordinate and support all EntrepreNorth programming.
- Develop and implement program plans that align with EntrepreNorth’s strategic goals.
- Organize logistics for EntrepreNorth’s program offerings and events in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon.
- Coordinate recruitment, screening, and onboarding of program participants.
- Assist in designing and facilitating applied learning activities.
- Assist in the development and coordination of eLearning programming, ensuring content is accessible, engaging, and aligned with participant needs.
- Administer program surveys to track impact and improve offerings.
- Provide ongoing support to cohort members, workshop participants, and facilitators.
- Support the preparation of program reports and updates.
Administration & Operations
- Process travel, bursary, and program-related reimbursements.
- Coordinate expense reporting and vendor contracts.
- Monitor and track vendor invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Support overall program administration to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Strengths and Experience
- Degree or diploma in education, marketing, business management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in project coordination, community engagement, or event planning.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities and/or in culturally sensitive environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Appreciates and is open to travel opportunities across the North.
