- Maintain management systems according to company SOP’s.Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.
- Accurately complete estimates, according to the estimate triage SOP while following all insurance company and parts guidelines. Schedule estimate appointments if required.
- Oversee/supervise estimating process within the facility. Prepare and manage customer folders, from start to finish in management system.
- Prepare all parts orders upon receipt of repair plan.
- Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
- Submit all parts orders through management system.Receive, unpackaged and check all incoming parts.
- Mirror incoming parts to the on the parts carts.
- Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts.Bring parts cars to stalls when needed.
- Order all supplement parts as needed following all above processes.
- Ensure that all unused parts are returned for credit and that Lift received credit in a timely manner.
