Position: Expeditor in town, driver (NOC 75201)
Locations of Work: 14 MacDonald Road, Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Y1A 4L2.
Salary: 26.00/hr. 40 hours a week or 8 hours a day, by the Yukon Employment Standards Board.

Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma
Language: English
Security and Safety: Drug test- Zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol; must be able to pass random drug and alcohol tests.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Minimum 6-months experience in the field.
- A valid driver's license (at least 3 years of experience driving) with a clean driving record.
- Able to work extra hours during high season from April to September, and weekends.
Duties and Main responsibilities:
- Solve shipping/logistical issues.
- Receive orders from Shop Supervisor, Fleet Manager, HD Shop Manager, and others.
- Pick up orders in an efficient manner and deliver to person who placed the order.
- Confirm receipt of parts and supplies as per the orders placed.
- Receive sign off from person placing the order confirming correct items are received.
- Prepare required paperwork for Accounting Department
- Maintain efficient process for receiving shop/office/field requests and the delivering of materials/supplies.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing supplies.
- Ensure clear communication with all personnel including employees, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure purchases are made in a timely manner.
- Pick up Employees from the airport and drop Employees.
- Provide transportation for Employees as required.
- Responsible for hauling recycling and garbage to proper areas/facilities.
- Assist with packing trucks for project deliveries.
