Job Description:
We’re looking for dependable and energetic individuals to join our setup team. This is hands-on work that involves setting up and taking down tents, moving and delivering event supplies, and ensuring equipment is clean and ready for use. Shifts are flexible and vary depending on event schedules.
Responsibilities:
• Lift and carry event supplies and equipment
• Set up and take down tents, tables, chairs, and décor
• Load, deliver, and pick up event equipment from venues
• Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
• Represent the company professionally on job sites
Requirements:
• Physically fit
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Class 5 License
