Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week.
Preferred Experience & Certifications (Assets):
- 6 months cleaning experience.
- Cleaning best practices for varying circumstances, understanding of cleaning products and their toxicity.
- WHIMS certificate.
- A valid driver's license (at least 3 years of experience driving) with a clean driving record.
Job duties and responsibilities include:
- Clean vehicles and equipment.
- Clean crewing accommodation.
- Ensure common areas in crewing accommodations are clean including bathrooms, shower rooms, laundry rooms, living rooms, dining rooms, hallways, storage rooms.
- Pick up trash and empty trash bins daily.
- Report any damage or excessive messes in rooms.
- Cleaning and disinfecting all surface areas, including bathrooms, conference rooms and floors in mechanic shops and drill shop.
- Making beds, washing linens and changing linens if required.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Education: No requirement
Skills: communication, attention to detail, adaptable and flexible to focus as tasks change, ability to complete physically demanding tasks, work independently.
