JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to Lead hand or Foreman, as a Labourer you will carry various tasks on the construction site to support the completion of the building project.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate various tools and be willing to be trained on new tools
- Carryout site clean up throughout the day
- Load and unload materials
- Assist carpenters and other construction site workers
- Ready the construction site each day by preparing materials, tools, and equipment
SKILLS
- High level of physical fitness
- Strength to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work with different crews
- Knowledge of building materials and practices
- Compliance with safety procedures
- Good communication skills
