Community Action Plan Implementation Coordinator

The Yukon Anti-Poverty Coalition (YAPC) is hiring a Community Action Plan (CAP) Implementation Coordinator to play a central role in advancing Yukon’s collective efforts to prevent and end homelessness. This position will focus on bringing partners together, supporting collaborative work plans, tracking outcomes, and ensuring commitments are carried forward in ways that reflect community realities and system needs.
