Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at our engineering office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, driving business growth, and managing key accounts. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to ensure client satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities. The Account Manager will play a vital role in expanding our market presence through strategic business development and effective account management.
Main Duties
- Develop personal financial plans covering cash management, finances, insurance coverage, investments, retirement and estate planning, and taxes.
- Analyze financial records, set financial goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Advise clients on implementing financial plans to help them reach their objectives.
- Arrange for the purchase and sale of financial products and investments (depending on licences held), and monitor portfolios to ensure quality and profitability.
- Contribute to business development efforts and assist in attracting new clients.
Employment Requirements
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years (minimum)
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, economics, or a related field is an asset.
- 1 year to less than 2 years experience
- Certification such as IFSC/IFIC (or equivalent) is an asset.
- MS Office and QuickBooks proficiency
- Mutual funds experience preferred
- Area of work experience: Mutual funds
