Northern Vision Development operating as Normandy Living, is the first private senior residence in Yukon. We are dedicated to fostering a warm, dignified, and engaging community where seniors can live independently while enjoying access to supportive services that enhance their quality of life.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Senior Living Engagement & Leasing Coordinator to join our team. This role is a vital sales and community engagement position, connecting seniors and their families with the services and lifestyle Normandy Living offers. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high occupancy, building a strong sense of community and a loyal customer base, and upholding the highest standards of care and hospitality.

- Normandy Living is well known and respected in the community due to strong, trusting relationships built with senior centres, health professionals, and other referral sources.
- A steady pipeline of qualified leads is maintained, driven by your proactive outreach and genuine community presence.
- Prospective residents and their families feel informed, supported, and confident as you guide them through the leasing journey with empathy and professionalism.
- The move-in process is seamless and welcoming, with all documentation prepared accurately and thoughtful touches that reflect each resident’s needs.
- New residents are engaged and satisfied, thanks to regular follow-up and a smooth transition into the community.
- Leasing operations run smoothly and transparently, supported by accurate tracking in CRM tools (like Yardi), consistent billing, and clear records of incentives and referrals.
- Occupancy and marketing strategies are informed by real-time insights, based on your detailed activity reports and understanding of local trends.
- The Normandy Living culture is upheld, creating a respectful and empowering environment where seniors feel safe, informed, and genuinely welcomed.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, ideally within real estate, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living.
- Experience building awareness of services through direct community engagement and relationship-building.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with seniors, families, and community partners.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple resident needs and leasing tasks simultaneously.
- High ethical standards with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or personal information.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with fluency in English.
- Proactive problem-solver who can prioritize effectively in a shifting, people-focused environment.
- Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy, including Microsoft 365 and experience using CRM tools.

Job Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
