Seniors Program Assistant

The Yukon Anti-Poverty Coalition (YAPC) carries out programs and referrals for tenants who live at the 6 Yukon Housing Corporation senior complexes in Whitehorse. The Seniors Engagement program has four goals: to facilitate a safe and supportive housing community where tenants meet their goals of building community, helping tenants maintain successful tenancies, ensuring safety in buildings and with neighbours and fostering community partnerships.
The Seniors Program Assistant will work with the Program Coordinator and other staff and contractors to:

• Help plan, coordinate and deliver regular programming 3 afternoons/week typically on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
