What Does Your Success Look Like?

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
  • Serve well-presented drinks and dishes that match the tone of the restaurant.
  • Offer thoughtful recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and inviting dining and service areas.
  • Manage payment transactions through our POS system.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and day-to-day operations.
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards.

What You Bring To The Role:

  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
  • People Skills: You're approachable, upbeat, and focused on guest satisfaction.
  • Communication: Clear, professional, and efficient — you get orders right the first time.
  • Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work, and support your team.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-paced environments, from casual shifts to fine dining.
  • Team Player: You collaborate well with others and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Community-Minded: You enjoy getting to know regulars and being part of a local favorite.

Job Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
